We carry out major service upgrades once a month. If you are logged into the dashboard when one of these upgrades is about to take place then you will be notified an hour in advance. Whilst these upgrades are being implemented, you will not be able to access the dashboard, and any feedback requests that are due to be processed will be queued up and sent out once the upgrades have been completed.
