How do I see and action my sales opportunities?

  1. Upon login of the dashboard, you’ll see a pop up, stating reviews need your attention, click 'take me there'
  2. If you miss or close the popup, choose 'review' from the menu at the top, then 'Action Centre' from the drop down
  3. Towards the bottom of the screen you’ll be able to see your sales opportunities
  4. Click 'see all opportunities'
  5. Choose the opportunity you'd like to action from the left hand side, where you'll be able to see the details of the sale opportunity
  6. Contact the customer using the contact details displayed in the dashboard, and add any notes using the 'add note' button
  7. You can also select actions, using the blue 'actions' button:
    • Reset to new – puts the opportunity back into new, pending or processing
    • In Progress – Set the status to this if you are discussing the opportunity with the customer
    • Converted – Choose this when the sales opportunity is won
    • Pending – When you are awaiting signoff from the customer
    • Archived – Choose this if the opportunity has been lost
