How do I add/update my company logo?

There’s nothing worse than a customer finding your online review profile only to see a grainy, pixelated logo or no logo at all. This won’t happen when you upload your high-quality logo (either JPEG or PNG format) to your Working Feedback Dashboard.

When you've worked so hard to build your brand and reputation, a quality logo can go a long way:

  • Customers will associate your logo with a 5 star rating and service
  • You’ll achieve a higher response rate when your logo and branding are applied to your email and SMS feedback requests
  • Customers are more likely to respond when the reviewer recognises it is you, rather than a third party
  1. In the top right-hand corner, select the drop-down arrow, next to your name
  2. Click 'Company Settings'
  3. On the left-hand side click the area above your company name to browse your files
  4. Select your logo, and click 'open'
