The default text service 'Quick Text' sends a single text to your customer. The Quick text contains a unique link for a reviewer to click to leave a review. Your customer must have online access in order to leave a review.

This text service is very smart, for example, if the reviewer is using an android phone, the link automatically opens as a Google review request (assuming you've linked your Google My Business account).
