Go to your Dashboard directly here's the link Visit Dashboard
On the menu bar at the top of the screen, select 'Collect'
Click 'Send a one-off feeeback request' from the drop down
For one-off requests, simply input your customer/patient's details and mobile number into the form. You can also choose when you would like to send the request
Select 'send this request now'
You can see the status of your review request to the right of the screen
