These emails are sent directly to all members of your team with Dashboard access. It means that one of your existing customers has ticked on one of your products or services when leaving you feedback.
We do recommend that you follow up on this as soon as possible as it's one of your customers wanting to find out more about that particular service/s. They have asked you directly so you're not infringing any Data Protectoin or GDPR rules as the request has come directly from them.
