Sometimes you'll receive a review through that you want to follow up with the author, but they have chosen to remain anonymous. You now have the ability to ask them if they would be willing to share their identity with you (for purely internal purposes). You can do this by:

1. Navigating to either 'Published, Rejected or Restricted Reviews' (whichever stage the review is in)
2. Clicking 'Obtain details' next to the review in question

This will then send the author of the review an email / text message that gives them the option to share their details with you if they wish to. If they do, you will be notified immediately. If they don't respond, then we will respect their right to anonymity, and their details will not be shared.
