I've forgotten my Dashboard password, how do I make a new one?

That's not a problem, if you've forgotten your pasword you can reset it within a few simple steps.

  1. Go to your Dashboard login page & click on 'Forgotten Your Password?' link
  2. You'll then be asked to enter your email address & click on 'Send Reset Link'
  3. Now check your email inbox for a Reset Password email
  4. Click on the 'Reset Password' link in the email & type in a new password
  5. You're all set!

If you don't know which email address it was set up with, you'll need to speak to our Admin team on 0800 043 2100 or admin@workingfeedback.co.uk
