Escalating Rejected Reviews | Working Feedback Support Hub

Working Feedback has rejected a review that I'd like to be published, how do I get this review published?

Review Management Rejected Reviews Review Escalation
  1. From the menu at the top of the screen, select 'review' and, click on 'rejected reviews'
  2. This will display all of your reviews that have been rejected by our moderation team
  3. Find the review you'd like to be made live, and click the Escalate button
  4. From the popup, select your escalation reason, and if you'd like to, provide us with some further details
  5. Our moderation team will then consider your reasoning and where applicable, make this live
