How do I deal with a new referral?

  • Select 'analyse' from the menu at the top of the page, and choose 'referral data'.
  • Displayed, are new referrals that your company has received, including their contact details.
  • Please note the GDPR notice at the top of the screen, this is very important. We strongly recommend consulting your own client first to ensure the person that they have referred will not mind being contacted by you.
  • Providing you have the go-ahead from your own client, you may call your referral and discuss what services they may be interested in.
  • You have the option to archive a referral. This could be done once you have contacted the referred individual to mark, they have been spoken to, to avoid members of staff contacting the same person multiple times.
