Select 'analyse' from the menu at the top of the page, and choose ‘Cross-Sell Data’.
New cross sell referrals will be displayed, showing their name, contact details, what services and products they are interested in and the opportunity value to you.
You can now contact the client, to discuss their interest.
Once you have contacted your client, you can add a note to say what the outcome was. You can also archive the referral once the individual has been dealt with.
We recommend following up cross-sell referrals as soon as possible, as this generally produces a more successful outcome, as the customer's experience with you is in the forefront of their mind, making them more likely to go ahead with extra services, that can be worthwhile for your company.
