This explains how to use a gmail/googlemail account (personal or professional) to claim a business. Once logged into the un-associated account, type into the URL bar business.google.com.

• If the business is already listed on google, made sure you search the results for the correct location, and avoid creating a new listing altogether.

• The first line of text offers an email hint. If you recognise the hint then proceed with the Account Recovery help guide provided by Google, as shown in the above text.
