Can I customise the name of who the text comes from for text requests?

Yes, you can. By changing the name of the sender to yours it will greatly improve the likelihood that it will be opened and responded to.

  1. On the menu bar at the top of the screen, select 'Collect'
  2. Click 'Ask by Text' from the drop down
  3. Click the 'advanced' tab
  4. Enter the name you'd like to use in the given box (You are limited to 11 characters)
  5. Click 'save sender name'
