How do I ask for feedback using the QR code?

  1. From the menu at the top of the screen, select 'Collect' and then choose 'Ask by QR code' from the drop-down
  2. Either save the QR code to use in email signatures, marketing leaflets, flyers, appointment cards etc
  3. Or, download our premade poster by clicking 'download PDF'
  4. Print this out and display in a prominent place, such as a waiting room or reception area
