Click 'Your products and services' from the drop down
Click 'Add new product/service'
Enter the product/service name in the first box
Add the monetary value in the second box (this won't be publicly visible, and is purely for internal purposes)
Click 'add'
Next, head over to 'Customise' then 'Your Questions' from the drop down
Click the green 'modify my questions button'
Click the green 'add question' button at the top of the page
Choose 'cross sell' from the pop up
Edit the question text towards the bottom of the screen, then click 'save changes' in the top right of the screen
The question will be added to the bottom of the question set by default, but you can use the arrows to the left of the questions to drag and drop the question into a different position
Once you’re happy, click the blue 'finish editing' button
