How do I add a colleague as a dashboard user?

  1. In the top right-hand corner of your Working Feedback Dashboard, select the drop-down arrow, next to your name
  2. Click 'Company Settings'
  3. Click the green 'add user' button
  4. A pop-up will display, allowing you to input their name, email address and password
  5. Choose the level of access you’d like to grant the user, and click save
    • Super User – Access all features, and have the ability to change user's access
    • Standard user – Access all features
    • Web developer – Access to web features only
    • Analyst – Access to analytics and statistics only
    • Receptionist – Able to ask for feedback and see reviews
  6. Our system will automatically email the new user their login details, as soon as you click 'save changes'
